1. Can I book online, how I do book?
Yes, you can book online with our reservation form. Please note that we review and process every reservation manually focused on the details and the general overview of our operation.

2. When should I book?
During busy seasons, we advise you to make your reservation as early as possible. In order to book for an event, please do the reservation at least two weeks in advance. Horizon diving is open from 8 am to 8 pm.

3. Can I fill the paperwork digitally?
Yes, If you wish to speed up your check in process, we can sent it to you via email, and fill in the diving application form.

4. What payment methods are available?
You can pay in cash with Euro, via Paypal, Stripe or Revolut. We also accept credit cards, VISA and Mastercard.

5. How much should I tip?
Gratuities are greatly appreciated!!! However, they are not mandatory.

6. What is the length of the day trips?
We offer daily 2 trips. The 1st is the Half day cruise and lasts 5 hours, start around 9 and we return at 14:00. The 2nd is the Full day Cruise and lasts 7 hours, start around 9 and the return is at 16:00.

7. What should I bring to the boat?
For day trips it is necessary to bring sunscreen, hat, a rush guard or long sleeve T-shirts and towel. We recommended you to avoid any chemical substance that will harm the marine life. Also, if you are bringing your own dive gear, there is enough space to set it up!

8. What is the water temperature?
Water temperature has an average of 17-27°C. In the summer months it can get up from 24 to 27°C and during the winter it gets down from 17 to 24°C.

9. What is the cancellation policy?
To cancel your dives or make changes to your trip free of charge , a minimum of 7 days notice is required. If you do not send us a notice or you do not show up, you will be charged the full amount of your reserved activity.

10. We are arriving on a cruise ship, how can we book scuba diving or day trip?
Please call us or sent us an email with the date of your arrival in Heraklion port in order to book the reservation. We will pick you up upon your arrival and will drive you back to your cruise ship before your departure. We can make it with our car or boat.

11. Our team – family/friends are interesting in doing different activities, could it happen at the same time and same trip?
Of course, whichever of our three daily trips you choose you could have the opportunity to combine different activities such as diving, snorkelling or courses.

12. Do I have insurance?
During all programs of Horizon diving, you are full covered by the basic liability insurance of Dive Assure! Dive assure is the only dive insurance provider offering primary insurance which means faster payment and less hassle to you. A primary policy will, as a rule, pay to the service providers directly and without delay, disregarding any other policy that you or others may have. 13. What is E-learning?
Electronic learning is the delivery of education using your mobile service or web browser. SSI e-learning allows you to begin your dive education at your convenience, using your desktop, mobile or laptop -studying anytime and anywhere you have an internet connection and then finish the practical part in the water with an SSI professional.

14. How big is the boat?
Our RHIB boat is approx. 9 meters long and can accommodate very comfortable up to 5 guests.
